Føroya Banki (forhenværende BankNordik) udstedte den 31. marts 2022 Floating Rate Senior Non-Preferred obligationer med ISIN DK0030506530.
Meddelelse om førtidig indfrielse gives hermed med henvisning til paragraf 11.4 i de endelige vilkår (Terms and Conditions), der er indarbejdet i prospektet dateret 27. oktober 2022, således at udstederen fuldt ud vil indfri obligationen til kurs pari den 31. marts 2026.
Banken har gennemført refinansieringen af nævnte obligationer.

On 31 March 2022 Føroya Banki (former BankNordik) issued Floating Rate Senior Non-Preferred notes with ISIN DK0030506530.
Notice of early redemption is hereby given such that, pursuant to condition 11.4 (Redemption at the option of the issuer) of the Terms and Conditions which are incorporated in the Prospectus dated 27 October 2022, the issuer will redeem all of the outstanding notes at par on 31 March 2026.
The Bank has completed the refinancing of these notes.
