FOM Technologies (NASDAQ First North: FOM) offentliggør hermed et strategisk samarbejde med Honeywell (NASDAQ: HON) omkring optimeret elektrode produktion. Det første fælles projekt omhandler levering af udstyr til det amerikansk-baserede Alabama Mobility and Power (AMP) Center med det formål at transformere batteriproduktion.Under dette partnerskab vil FOM Technologies integrere sin slot-die coating-teknologi i Honeywells AI-drevne Battery Manufacturing Excellence Platform (Battery MXP). Samarbejdet fokuserer på at optimere elektrode-produktion – en kritisk og kompleks fase i batterisamling – for at forbedre celleudbytte og sikkerhed. Den kombinerede løsning vil blive placeret i University of Alabamas nye forskningslaboratorium, Alabama Mobility and Power (AMP) Center, der planlægges at åbne i 2. kvartal 2026. Faciliteten vil fungere som et førende træningscenter for den næste generation af batteriingeniører og bygge bro mellem R&D (forskning og udvikling) og industriel produktion i stor skala. FOM Technologies (NASDAQ First North: FOM) is pleased to announce its strategic collaboration with Honeywell (NASDAQ: HON) about optimize electrode production. First project together is equipment delivery to the US-based Alabama Mobility and Power (AMP) Center to transform battery manufacturing.
Under this partnership, FOM Technologies will integrate its high-precision slot-die coating technology into Honeywell’s AI-powered Battery Manufacturing Excellence Platform (Battery MXP). This collaboration focuses on optimizing electrode production, a critical and complex stage in battery assembly, to improve cell yields and safety. The combined solution will be housed at the University of Alabama’s new research lab, Alabama Mobility and Power (AMP) Center, scheduled to open in Q2 2026. This facility will serve as a premier training ground for the next generation of battery engineers, bridging the gap between R&D and large-scale industrial production.
