GRK Infra Plc’s Board of Directors has resolved to cancel all treasury shares held by the company
GRK Infra Plc’s (“GRK” or the “Company”) Board of Directors has today resolved to cancel all treasury shares held by the Company, totaling 2,312,092 shares, which have been held by the Company already since its initial public offering (IPO).
The cancellation will reduce the total number of shares in the Company with the corresponding amount but has no effect on the share capital. The cancelled amount equals approximately 5.34 per cent of the total number of shares in the Company before the cancellation.
GRK will announce the new total number of shares and votes in the Company in a stock exchange release as soon as possible after the cancellation of the shares has been registered with the Trade Register maintained by the Finnish Patent and Registration Office. After the cancellation, the total number of shares and votes in the Company is expected to be 40,969,231 and resulting in GRK having no treasury shares after the cancellation.

GRK Infra Oyj:n hallitus on päättänyt mitätöidä kaikki yhtiön hallussa olevat omat osakkeet
GRK Infra Oyj:n (“GRK” tai “Yhtiö”) hallitus on tänään päättänyt mitätöidä kaikki Yhtiön hallussa olevat omat osakkeet, joita on yhteensä 2 312 092 ja jotka ovat olleet Yhtiön hallussa jo sen listautumisesta lähtien.
Mitätöinti tulee pienentämään Yhtiön osakkeiden kokonaislukumäärää vastaavalla määrällä, mutta ei vaikuta Yhtiön osakepääomaan. Mitätöity osakemäärä vastaa noin 5,34 prosenttia Yhtiön kaikista osakkeista ennen mitätöintiä.
GRK tulee julkistamaan Yhtiön osakkeiden uuden kokonaismäärän ja niihin liittyvän kokonaisäänimäärän pörssitiedotteella mahdollisimman pian sen jälkeen, kun osakkeiden mitätöinti on rekisteröity Patentti- ja rekisterihallituksen ylläpitämään kaupparekisteriin. Mitätöinnin jälkeen Yhtiön osakkeiden kokonaismäärän odotetaan olevan yhteensä 40 969 231 osaketta edustaen yhtä montaa ääntä eikä GRK:n hallussa tule mitätöinnin jälkeen olemaan yhtään omaa osaketta.
