Ved selskabsmeddelelse nr. 2 af 22. juni 2020 orienterede FOM Technologies om at udbud af 1.851.852 nye aktier i FOM Technologies A/S var fuldtegnet. Selskabet har nu registreret kapitalforhøjelsen i Erhvervsstyrelsen.
Efter tegning af aktieudvidelsen udgør aktiekapitalen nominelt DKK 740.741,20 fordelt på 7.407.412 styk aktier a nominelt DKK 0,1.
Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark har i går godkendt at selskabets aktier som planlagt, vil blive optaget til handel den 26. juni 2020 under ticker symbolet ”FOM” og med ISIN koden ” DK0061278199”.

Copenhagen, the 25th of June 2020
As stated in company announcement no. 2, from 22nd of June 2020, the offering of 1,851,852 new shares in FOM Technologies A/S was fully subscribed. Yesterday, the capital increase was registered with the Danish Business Authority, and the offering has been completed.
Following the capital increase, the share capital of the company is nominally DKK 740,741.20 divided into 7,407,412 shares with a nominal value of DKK 0.1 each.
Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark has yesterday confirmed that the company’s shares will be admitted to trading under the ticker symbol “FOM” and ISIN code “DK0061278199”, as of 26th of June 2020 as planned.
