Investornyhed nr. 45/2025: BankInvest køber eksisterende aktier fra Nordic Data Group ApS
BankInvest køber 1.492.000 stk. eksisterende aktier (svarende til 4 pct. af aktierne i Dataproces) af Nordic Data Group ApS v/Morten Lindblad, én af selskabets stiftere. Handlen er gennemført til kurs 6,70 hvilket afspejler markedskursen for den seneste uge.
BankInvest er en dansk kapitalforvalter og udbyder af værdipapirfonde, investerings- og kapitalforeninger med en samlet formue under forvaltning og administration på 187,6 mia. kr. pr. 30. juni 2025. Ejerkredsen bag moderselskabet BI Holding A/S består af 39 primært danske pengeinstitutter.
Direktør for Nordic Data Group ApS, Morten Lindblad, siger: “Jeg synes, det er et sundt tegn, at institutionelle investorer som BankInvest ønsker at købe sig ind i selskabet, så det bidrager jeg meget gerne til, når det samtidig kan forenes med, at jeg beholder størstedelen af min aktiebeholdning i Dataproces. Jeg glæder mig til fortsat at følge udviklingen i selskabet og er stolt af den tillid som Dataproces mødes af”.

Investor news no. 45/2025: BankInvest makes purchase of existing shares from Nordic Data Group ApS
BankInvest makes purchase of 1,492,000 existing shares (corresponding to 4 per cent of the total Dataproces shares) from Nordic Data Group ApS v/Morten Lindblad, one of the founders of Dataproces. The trade has been completed at a price of 6.70, which reflects the market price for the past week. BankInvest is a Danish asset manager and provider of mutual funds, investment funds and private equity funds with total assets under management and administration of DKK 187.6 billion as of 30 June 2025. The owners of the parent company BI Holding A/S consist of 39 primarily Danish banks. CEO of Nordic Data Group ApS, Morten Lindblad, says: “I think it is a healthy sign that institutional investors such as BankInvest want to buy into the company, so I am very happy to contribute to that, as it can also be reconciled with the fact that I keep the majority of my shareholding in Dataproces. I look forward to continuing to follow the development of the company and am proud of the trust that Dataproces is met with.” CEO Michael Binderup from Dataproces says: “We are very pleased that a recognized player like BankInvest finds Dataproces attractive as an investment opportunity and look forward to working with the company.”
