Loihde Plc will publish its financial reports in 2026 as follows:
Financial Statement Release for financial year 2025 on Friday, 13 February 2026
Business report for January–March 2026 on Friday, 24 April 2026
Half-year report for January–June 2026 on Friday, 17 July 2026
Business report for January–September 2026 on Wednesday 28 October 2026
Financial Statements, Report by the Board of Directors, Auditor’s Report and Corporate Governance Statement for financial year 2025 will be published on week 13, 2026.
The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Tuesday, 28 April 2026. The meeting will be convened by the company’s Board of Directors separately at a later date.

Tilinpäätös, toimintakertomus, tilintarkastuskertomus sekä selvitys hallinto- ja ohjausjärjestelmästä tilikaudelta 2025 julkaistaan viikolla 13.
Varsinainen yhtiökokous on suunniteltu pidettäväksi tiistaina 28.4.2026. Hallitus kutsuu varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen koolle myöhemmin julkistettavalla kutsulla.
