Half-year Financial Report for January‒June 2026 on Thursday 23 July 2026
Business Review for January‒September 2026 on Friday 30 October 2026
The Annual Review 2025 including the Financial Statements and Report by the Board of Directors will be published in week 12. In addition, Componenta publishes the Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report for 2025.
Componenta’s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Wednesday, 14 April 2026. Componenta’s Board of Directors will summon the meeting separately at a later date.

Vuoden 2025 vuosikatsaus, joka sisältää tilinpäätöksen ja hallituksen toimintakertomuksen julkaistaan viikolla 12. Lisäksi Componenta julkaisee selvityksen hallinto- ja ohjausjärjestelmästä sekä palkitsemisraportin vuodelta 2025.
Componentan varsinainen yhtiökokous on suunniteltu pidettäväksi tiistaina 14.4.2026. Componentan hallitus kutsuu yhtiökokouksen koolle erikseen myöhemmin.
