Share subscriptions based on stock options 2020
A total of 1,200 Digital Workforce Services Plc’s new shares has been subscribed for with the company’s stock options 2020 on 30 June 2025.
For subscriptions made with the stock options 2020 the entire subscription price of EUR 800.00 will be entered in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity.
After the trade registration, the total number of shares is 11,348,048.
The shares subscribed for under the stock options 2020 have been registered in the Trade Register on 28 August 2025, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights.
The shares will be traded on the First North Growth Market Finland marketplace maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki Oy together with the old shares as of 29 August 2025.

Osakkeiden merkintä optio-oikeuksilla 2020
Digital Workforce Services Oyj:n optio-oikeuksilla 2020 on 30.6.2025 mennessä merkitty yhteensä 1 200 yhtiön uutta osaketta. Optio-oikeuksilla tehtyjen merkintöjen merkintähinta 800,00 euroa kirjataan kokonaisuudessaan sijoitetun vapaan oman pääoman rahastoon.
Kaupparekisteriin merkinnän jälkeen osakkeiden yhteismäärä on 11 348 048 osaketta.
Optio-oikeuksien 2020 perusteella merkityt uudet osakkeet on rekisteröity kaupparekisteriin 28.8.2025. Uudet osakkeet tuottavat omistajilleen osakkeenomistajan oikeudet rekisteröintipäivästä lähtien. Osakkeet ovat kaupankäynnin kohteena Nasdaq Helsinki Oy:n ylläpitämällä First North Growth Market Finland -markkinapaikalla yhdessä vanhojen osakkeiden kanssa 29.8.2025 alkaen.
