Investor nyhed nr. 20/2025: Dataproces ansætter salgskoordinator for det tyske marked og ruster organisationen til vækst syd for grænsen
I februar 2025 meldte vi ud, at Dataproces udover fortsat fokus på det danske marked justerede strategien med fokus på strategiske partnerskaber, opkøbsmuligheder og vækst på nye markeder. I april blev Boelplan opkøbt og dermed fik Dataproces adgang til det tyske marked, hvor vi pt. har aftaler med seks kommuner. Disse kunder vil i det daglige fortsat blive serviceret af en faglig konsulent, som nu er ansat i Dataproces.
”Ambitionerne er imidlertid langt større og derfor har vi nu rekrutteret en koordinator til salget på det tyske marked. Vi har ansat en medarbejder, der har tysk som modersmål og som kender kulturen. Tidligere på året hyrede vi en forretningsudvikler, som udover at arbejde med nye markeder og forretningsområder også varetager opgaven som landechef for Tyskland. Planen er, at der senere skal ske yderligere ansættelse i takt med at forretningen i Tyskland udvikler sig”, siger CEO Michael Binderup
Produktet der anvendes i de tyske kommuner, er Boelplans løsning til analyse og fremskrivning af den demografiske udvikling. Kommunerne bruger prognoserne til bedre at kunne planlægge og budgettere, når det gælder den økonomiske udvikling og behovet for eksempelvis skoler og dagtilbud. Løsningen vil senere blive lagt over på den softwareplatform, Dataproces har udviklet og som i dag bruges af hovedparten af danske kommuner. ”Vi anser demografiprognoser og kapacitetsplanlægning for at være et universelt behov, som alle kommuner har. Derfor tror vi også på, at dette forretningsområde kan bare vejen for Dataproces på nye markeder”, siger Michael Binderup.
Denne investornyhed giver ikke anledning til ændring af forventningerne til året, som guidet i forbindelse med vores udmelding af guidance for 2025/26 i selskabsmeddelelse nr. 5/2025.

Investor news no 20/2025: Dataprocess hires sales coordinator for the German market and equips the organization for growth south of the border
In February 2025, we announced that Dataproces, in addition to continuing to focus on the Danish market, adjusted its strategy with a focus on strategic partnerships, acquisition opportunities and growth in new markets. In April, Boelplan was acquired, giving Dataproces access to the German market, where we currently have agreements with six municipalities.
These customers will continue to be serviced on a daily basis by a professional consultant, who is now employed by Dataproces.
“However, the ambitions are much greater and that is why we have now recruited a coordinator for sales in the German market. We have hired an employee who is a native German speaker and who knows the culture. Earlier this year, we hired a business developer who, in addition to working with new markets and business areas, will also be responsible for the task of country manager for Germany. The plan is that further appointments will be made later as the business in Germany develops,” says CEO Michael Binderup.
The product used in the German municipalities is Boelplan’s solution for analyzing and projecting demographic development. The municipalities use the forecasts to better plan and budget when it comes to economic development and the need for, for example, schools and daycare facilities. The solution will later be transferred to the software platform that Dataproces has developed and which is currently used by the majority of Danish municipalities.
“We consider demographic forecasts and capacity planning to be a universal need that all municipalities have. Therefore, we also believe that this business area can pave the way for Dataproces in new markets,” says Michael Binderup.
