Change in Reka Industrial Plc’s own B shares held by the company
According to the decision made by the Annual General Meeting on 23.4.2025 Reka Industrial Plc has assigned 12,625 own B shares to the members of the Board of Directors concerning period 2025-2026. The shares were assigned as a part of the annual remuneration of the Board of Directors.
Reka Industrial Plc is holding 24,525 own B shares after this assignment.

Muutos Reka Industrial Oyj:n omien osakkeiden omistuksessa
Reka Industrial Oyj on luovuttanut varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen 23.4.2025 päätöksen mukaisesti yhtiön hallituksen jäsenille kaudelta 2025-2026 yhteensä 12 625 yhtiön hallussa olevaa omaa B-sarjan osaketta. Osakkeet luovutettiin osana hallituksen vuosipalkkioita.
Osakkeiden luovuttamisen jälkeen Reka Industrial Oyj:n hallussa on 24 525 omaa B-sarjan osaketta.
