Following the development of the coronavirus situation and the announcement by the Finnish Government, the Board of Directors of Neo Industrial Plc has decided to cancel the Annual General Meeting from Wednesday, 25 March 2020.
The Finnish Government announced on 16 March 2020 that gatherings will be limited to a maximum of ten persons. Consequently, Neo Industrial’s Board of Directors has decided to cancel the Annual General Meeting from next week.
Neo Industrial Plc will convene the Annual General Meeting at a later stage.

Muut pörssin sääntöjen nojalla julkistettavat tiedot
Koronavirustilanteen kehittymisen sekä Suomen hallituksen tekemien linjausten seurauksena Neo Industrial Oyj:n hallitus on päättänyt perua keskiviikoksi 25.3.2020 klo 13.00 kokoon kutsutun varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen.
Suomen hallitus ilmoitti 16.3.2020, että kokoontumiset rajoitetaan korkeintaan kymmeneen henkilöön. Neo Industrial Oyj:n hallitus on näiden linjausten seurauksena tänään päättänyt perua ensi viikkoisen yhtiökokouksen.
Neo Industrial Oyj kutsuu koolle varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen myöhemmin.
