Annual Financial Report

Componenta Corporation’s Annual Review for 2024 has been published in Finnish and English at company’s website at www.componenta.com. The Annual Review includes the consolidated Financial Statements, the Financial Statements of the parent company, the Report of the Board of Directors including Sustainability Statement and Corporate Governance Statement 2024.
The Annual Review in Finnish are also published as an xHTML file in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. In accordance with ESEF requirements, the main statements and the notes to the consolidated financial statements are marked with XBRL. PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy, Authorised Public Accountants, has provided an independent assurance report on the ESEF financial statements prepared by Componenta. The engagement has been performed in accordance with the international ISAE 3000 assurance standard for the primary financial statements and notes to the consolidated financial statement of the 2023 ESEF reporting.
Componenta has also published the Remuneration Report for 2024 on the company’s website, in the Investors section under “Corporate Governance”. The statement can be downloaded as PDF files in English and Finnish. The Annual Review and the Remuneration Report are also attached to this release.

Componenta Oyj on julkaissut vuoden 2024 vuosikatsauksen suomeksi ja englanniksi yhtiön kotisivuilla osoitteessa www.componenta.com. Vuosikatsaus sisältää konsernitilinpäätöksen ja emoyhtiön tilinpäätöksen, hallituksen toimintakertomuksen sisältäen kestävyysselvityksen sekä selvityksen hallinto- ja ohjausjärjestelmästä.
Vuosikatsaus julkaistaan myös European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) raportointivaatimusten mukaisesti xHTML-tiedostona. ESEF-vaatimusten mukaisesti konsernitilinpäätöksen päälaskelmat ja liitetiedot on merkitty XBRL-merkeillä. Tilintarkastusyhteisö PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy on toimittanut riippumattoman kohtuullisen varmuuden antavan varmennusraportin koskien Componentan laatimaa ESEF-muotoista tilinpäätöstä. Varmennustoimeksianto on suoritettu kansainvälisen ISAE 3000 -varmennus-toimeksiantostandardin mukaisesti vuoden 2024 ESEF-raportoinnin päälaskelmien ja liitetietojen osalta.
Lisäksi Componenta on julkaissut yhtiön kotisivuilla Sijoittajat-osion kohdassa ”Hallinnointi” palkitsemisraportin vuodelta 2024. Raportit ovat ladattavissa englannin- ja suomenkielisenä PDF-tiedostona. Vuosikatsaus sekä palkitsemisraportti ovat myös tämän tiedotteen liitteenä.
