Investor nyhed nr. 61/2024: Dataproces udfaser softwareløsningen REVIEW
Dataproces udfaser softwareløsningen REVIEW. Løsningen har gennem flere år været anvendt af et antal danske kommuner til bl.a. håndtering af aktindsigtssager, udsøgning og sletning af følsomme oplysninger mv.
Dataproces’ CEO Michael Binderup udtaler:
I Dataproces har vi det seneste halvandet år arbejdet målrettet med at fokusere selskabets strategi og virksomheds drift. Vores kerneområde er optimering af økonomi og processer, der knytter sig til økonomistyringen i kommunerne. REVIEW passer ikke ind i denne strategi, så derfor samler vi kræfterne om det, vi er bedst til, så Dataproces kan fortsætte den store fremgang, vi har oplevet de seneste par år,Udfasningen ændrer ikke på den udmeldte guidance, da REVIEW vil være i drift i hele finansåret 2024/25 og vores omsætning fra REVIEW udgør alene ca. 3% af vores samlede omsætning. Beslutningen kommer heller ikke til at påvirke driftsresultatet fremadrettet, da der samtidig med udfasningen bliver foretaget en tilpasning af omkostningerne.

Investor news no. 61/2024: Dataproces is phasing out the REVIEW software solution.
Dataproces is phasing out the REVIEW software solution. Over several years, the solution has been used by a number of Danish municipalities for e.g. handling of document access cases, retrieval and deletion of sensitive information, etc.
Dataproces’ CEO Michael Binderup states:
In Dataproces, we have worked purposefully for the past year and a half to focus the company’s strategy and business operations. Our core area is the optimization of finances and processes linked to financial management in the municipalities. REVIEW does not fit into this strategy, so we are therefore pooling our efforts on what we do best, so that Dataproces can continue the great progress we have experienced in the past few years.
The phasing out does not change the announced guidance, as REVIEW will be in operation throughout the 2024/25 financial year and our revenue from REVIEW amounts to approx. 3% of our total turnover. The decision will also not affect the operating result going forward, since an adjustment of the costs will be made at the same time as the phasing out.
