Investor nyhed nr. 50/2024: Udenlandsk investeringsfond køber op i Dataproces

Vi byder velkommen til vores nye aktionær SQUAD Growth-fonden, som er registreret i Luxembourg af Axxion S.A. og rådgivet af tyske Discover Capital GmbH. Fonden har købt 1.000,000 aktier i Dataproces Group A/S svarende til knap 3% af selskabets aktier.
Tobias Kastenhuber, aktieanalytiker hos Discover Capital udtaler:
Hos Discover Capital leder vi altid efter innovative virksomheder med et betydeligt vækstpotentiale på længere sigt og dermed et betydeligt afkastpotentiale. Dataproces Group som en kendt softwarevirksomhed af danske kommuner nåede et punkt ved ikke bare at vise høje vækstrater, men også profitabel vækst og et positivt frit cashflow. Den høje driftsmæssige gearing i deres forretningsmodel skulle give dem mulighed for at øge deres indtjening markant i de kommende år.

Investor news no. 50/2024: Foreign investment fund buys Dataproces shares
It has come to our attention that our content in investor news 50/2024 was not adequate, which is why a correction is hereby issued. We apologize for the inconvenience.
We welcome the SQUAD Growth fund incorporated in Luxembourg by Axxion S.A. and advised by German Discover Capital GmbH as a new shareholder. The fund has purchased 1,000,000 shares in Dataproces Group A/S, corresponding to almost 3% of the company’s outstanding shares.
Tobias Kastenhuber, Equity Analyst at Discover Capital states:
At Discover Capital we are always looking for innovative companies with significant growth potential in the long run and thus significant return potential. Dataproces Group as a well-known software company by Danish municipalities reached an inflection point by not just showing high growth rates but also profitable growth and a positive free cashflow. The high operating leverage in their business model should give them the opportunity to increase their earnings significantly in the upcoming years.
Dataproces’ CEO Michael Binderup states:
We at Dataproces are very proud that the good rates we have shown recently have also been noticed outside the borders of Denmark, and that there is so much confidence that our great growth will continue, that a German consultancy group had initiated Axxion S.A. decision to buy shares in Dataproces.
