FOM Technologies offentliggør i dag selskabets H1-resultat, der udviser en lavere aktivitet og indtjening end H1-regnskabet fra rekord året 2023.
FOM Technologies har oplevet lavere aktivitet i årets første halvår af 2024 end for første halvår af 2023. Specielt oplever selskabet en afmatning indenfor efterspørgelsen på udstyr til solcelle forskning, jvf. selskabsmeddelelse af d. 15. august 2024.
CEO i FOM Technologies Michael Stadi er ærgerlig over den lavere aktivitet for 2024 i forhold til rekordåret 2023, men er fortrøsningsfuld på selskabets vegne, i relation til fornyet vækst for 2025 og fremover. ”For første gang siden 2017 oplever vi modvind, hvor specielt solcelle teknologien er udfordret globalt. Vi fortsætter vores strategiske tiltag og er fortrøstningsfulde i forhold til fremtiden.”

Samlet omsætning for 1. halvår 2024 på T.DKK 22.061 (-41% fra T.DKK 37.400 i 1. halvår 2023)
Personaleomkostninger for 1. halvår 2024 på T.DKK -11.387 (+22 % fra T.DKK -9.328 i 1. halvår 2023)
EBITDA for H1 2024 på T.DKK -8.399 (T.DKK -7.788 fra T.DKK -611 i H1 2023)
Netto cash flow for 1. halvår 2024 på T.DKK -9.395 (T.DKK 430 i 1. halvår 2023).
Likvider på 38,6 mio. DKK
Samlet antal fuldtidsansatte 31 (+3%) fra 30 fuldtidsansatte i 1. halvår 2023.
Egenkapitalen steg til T.DKK 67.241 (+127 % fra T.DKK 29.571 i 1. halvår 2023).
Fuldt opkøb af en svensk underleverandør gennemført i løbet af 2. kvartal 2024
Økonomisk forventning for hele året 2024 blev ændret den 15. august gennem en selskabsmeddelelse.

FOM Technologies today publishes the company’s H1 results, which show lower activity and earnings than the H1 accounts from the record year 2023.
FOM Technologies has experienced lower activity in the first half of 2024 than in the first half of 2023. In particular, the company is experiencing a slowdown in demand for equipment for solar cell research, cf. company announcement of 15 August 2024.
CEO of FOM Technologies Michael Stadi is sorry for the lower activity for 2024 compared to the record year 2023, but he is confident, in relation to renewed growth for 2025 and beyond. “For the first time since 2017, we are experiencing headwinds, where solar cell technology in particular is challenged globally. We are continuing our strategic initiatives and are optimistic about the future.”
