Kempower Corporation’s listing application has been approved and trading in the shares on the Official List of Nasdaq Helsinki will commence on June 12, 2024
Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd (“Nasdaq Helsinki”) has today approved the listing application of Kempower Corporation (“Kempower” or the “Company”) to admit the Company’s shares on trading on the Official List of Nasdaq Helsinki. Trading in the Company’s shares commences on the Official List of Nasdaq Helsinki on June 12, 2024, with the trading code KEMPOWR. The total number of shares to be admitted to trading is 55,542,920 shares.
Kempower will transfer to the Official List of Nasdaq Helsinki from First North Growth Market Finland marketplace maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki, on which its shares will be traded until June 11, 2024.

Nasdaq Helsinki Oy (”Nasdaq Helsinki”) on tänään hyväksynyt Kempower Oyj:n (”Kempower” tai ”Yhtiö”) listalleottohakemuksen Yhtiön osakkeiden ottamiseksi kaupankäynnin kohteeksi Nasdaq Helsingin pörssilistalle. Kaupankäynti Yhtiön osakkeilla alkaa Nasdaq Helsingin pörssilistalla 12.6.2024 kaupankäyntitunnuksella KEMPOWR. Kaupankäynnin kohteeksi otettavien Yhtiön osakkeiden kokonaismäärä on 55 542 920 osaketta.
Kempower siirtyy Nasdaq Helsingin pörssilistalle Nasdaq Helsingin ylläpitämältä First North Growth Market Finland -markkinapaikalta, jolla sen osakkeet ovat kaupankäynnin kohteena 11.6.2024 saakka.
