Inside information: The Finance Committee has today voted in favour of the Ministry of Defence’s proposal to acquire 120 mm mortar shell-tail assemblies from Componenta.
If the transaction is completed, deliveries to the Defence Forces would be scheduled for 2025–2028. The total value of the potential trade is approximately EUR 50 million, including an option worth approximately EUR 9 million for 2028. The completion of the transaction requires the approval of the Minister of Defence.
If realized, the potential transaction will not have an impact on Componenta’s profit guidance for 2024.

Sisäpiiritieto: Raha-asiainvaliokunta on tänään puoltanut Puolustusministeriön ehdotusta hankkia 120 mm:n kranaatinheitinten kuori-pyrstökokoonpanoja Componentalta.
Kaupan toteutuessa toimitukset Puolustusvoimille ajoittuisivat vuosille 2025–2028. Mahdollisen kaupan kokonaisarvo on noin 50 miljoonaa euroa, sisältäen noin 9 miljoonan euron arvoisen option vuodelle 2028. Kaupan toteutuminen edellyttää puolustusministerin hyväksyntää.
Mahdollisella kaupalla ei ole toteutuessaan vaikutusta Componentan tulosohjeistukseen vuodelle 2024.
