Loihde Plc cancels treasury shares
The Board of Directors of Loihde Plc has decided to cancel a total of 59,123 treasury shares, corresponding to 1.0% of the total number of shares and votes in the company. The cancellation does not affect the company’s share capital.
Loihde has acquired the shares that are to be cancelled through a share buyback programme, the start of which was announced on 5 September 2023 and the ending on 22 April 2024.
After the cancellation, the total number of shares in Loihde Plc is 5,731,803 shares. The cancellation will take effect after its entry in the Trade Register, which is estimated to take place on 7 May 2024.

Loihde Oyj mitätöi yhtiön hallussa olevia omia osakkeita
Loihde Oyj:n hallitus on päättänyt mitätöidä kaikki yhtiön hallussa olevat omat osakkeet, joita on yhteensä 59 123. Määrä on 1,0 % yhtiön osakkeiden kokonaismäärästä ja osakkeisiin liittyvistä äänistä. Mitätöinnillä ei ole vaikutusta yhtiön osakepääomaan.
Yhtiö on hankkinut mitätöitävät osakkeet omien osakkeiden osto-ohjelman kautta, jonka aloittamisesta Loihde on tiedottanut 5.9.2023 ja päättymisestä 22.4.2024.
Mitätöinnin jälkeen Loihde Oyj:n osakkeiden kokonaismäärä on 5 731 803. Mitätöinti tulee voimaan, kun se on merkitty kaupparekisteriin, arviolta 7.5.2024
