Decisions of the constitutive meeting of VR-Group Plc Board of DirectorsOn 16 April 2024, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of VR-Group Plc appointed Esa Rautalinko as the Chair of the Board and Sari Pohjonen as the Vice Chair. Markus Holm, Nermin Hairedin, and Pekka Hurtola continue as members of the Board. Torborg Chetkovich was elected as a new member of the Board.
Decisions of the constitutive meeting of VR-Group Plc Board of Directors 16 April 2024
Sari Pohjonen was elected as the Chair of the Audit Committee, and Markus Holm and Torborg Chetkovich were elected as other members of the Audit Committee.
Esa Rautalinko was elected as the Chair of the P&C Committee, and Nermin Hairedin and Pekka Hurtola were elected as other members of the P&C Committee.

VR-Yhtymä Oyj:n hallituksen järjestäytymiskokouksen päätöksetVR-Yhtymä Oyj:n varsinainen yhtiökokous valitsi 16.4.2024 VR-Yhtymä Oyj:n hallituksen puheenjohtajaksi Esa Rautalingon sekä varapuheenjohtajaksi Sari Pohjosen. Hallituksen jäseninä jatkavat Markus Holm, Nermin Hairedin ja Pekka Hurtola. Uudeksi hallituksen jäseneksi valittiin ruotsalainen Torborg Chetkovich.

Tarkastusvaliokunnan puheenjohtajaksi valittiin Sari Pohjonen ja muiksi jäseniksi Markus Holm ja Torborg Chetkovich.
Henkilöstövaliokunnan puheenjohtajaksi hallitus valitsi Esa Rautalingon, sekä muiksi jäseniksi nimitettiin Nermin Hairedin ja Pekka Hurtola.
