Gennemførelse af kapitalnedsættelse i Demant A/S
Som oplyst i selskabsmeddelelse nr. 2024-06 blev det på Demant A/S’ ordinære generalforsamling den 6. marts 2024 besluttet at nedsætte selskabets aktiekapital med nominelt DKK 569.929,60 fordelt på 2.849.648 stk. aktier a DKK 0,20 svarende til selskabets beholdning af egne aktier pr. 5. februar 2024 fraregnet aktier til dækning af ledelsens fastholdelsesprogram.
Offentliggørelse af kapitalnedsættelsen har fundet sted i Erhvervsstyrelsens it-system den 6. marts 2024. Proklamafristen er udløbet uden indsigelser. Kapitalnedsættelsen er derfor anmeldt endeligt til Erhvervsstyrelsen. Efter kapitalnedsættelsen udgør aktiekapitalen i Demant A/S nominelt DKK 44.217.958,40.
I henhold til § 32 i lov om kapitalmarkeder oplyses det hermed, at selskabets samlede aktiekapital og samlede antal stemmerettigheder er opgjort til:

Antal stemmerettigheder: 221.089.792

Completion of capital reduction in Demant A/S
As stated in company announcement no. 2024-06, it was decided at Demant A/S’ ordinary general meeting on 6 March 2024 to reduce the company’s share capital by nominally DKK 569,929.60 divided into 2,849,648 shares of DKK 0.20, corresponding to the company’s holding of treasury shares at 5 February 2024 less shares to cover Management’s retention programme.
The capital reduction was published via the electronic information system of the Danish Business Authority on 6 March 2024. The advertisement period expired without any objections being raised. Consequently, we have notified the Danish Business Authority of the capital reduction. After the capital reduction, the share capital of Demant A/S amounts to nominally DKK 44,217,958.40.
In accordance with section 32 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, we hereby state that the company’s total share capital and total number of voting rights amount to:
Share capital (nominal): DKK 44,217,958.40
Number of voting rights: 221,089,792
