Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of Thor Medical ASA will be held on 11 April 2024, at 14:00 hours CEST at Advokatfirmaet Selmer, Ruseløkkveien 14, 0251 Oslo.

The Annual General Meeting will be followed by a presentation from Thor Medical’s CEO by Alf Bjørseth.
