Selskabsmeddelelse nr. 5/2024
Med henvisning til selskabsmeddelelse nr. 22/2023 af 13. november 2023 offentliggør BankNordik noteringsprospekt for optagelse til handel og officiel notering af DKK 200 mio. Floating Rate Senior Preferred obligationer udstedt den 22. november 2023. Udstedelsen er sket som led i bankens løbende proces med at optimere bankens kapitalstruktur.
Finanstilsynet har i dag godkendt noteringsprospektet vedrørende optagelse til handel og officiel notering af DKK 200 mio. Floating Rate Senior Preferred obligationer.
Obligationerne (ISIN: DK0030529664) er optaget til handel og officiel notering på Nasdaq Copenhagen med første handelsdag den 15. marts 2024. Obligationerne har en løbetid på 5 år med mulighed for førtidig indfrielse efter 4 år.
Senior Preferred er et instrument, som er målrettet at dække bankens NEP-tillæg, der vil være fuldt indfasede medio 2026.
Nordea Danmark har været arrangør af udstedelsen.

With reference to company announcement no. 22/2023 of 13 November 2023 BankNordik publishes listing prospectus for the admission to trading and official listing of DKK 200 million Floating Rate Senior Preferred Notes, issued on 22 November 2023. The issue is part of the ongoing process to optimize the capital structure of BankNordik.
BankNordik hereby announces that the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority today has approved the listing prospectus of admission to trading and official listing of DKK 200 million Floating Rate Senior Preferred Notes.
The notes (ISIN: DK0030529664) are now admitted for official listing and trading on Nasdaq Copenhagen with the first day of trading on 15. March 2024. The bonds have a maturity of five years with the option to call after four years.
Senior Preferred is an instrument that is designed to meet the MREL requirement, which will be fully phased in by mid-year 2026.
Nordea Danmark has been the lead manager of the issue.
