Selskabsmeddelelse nr. 3/2024, intern viden: Justering af guidance for regnskabsåret 2023/24.
Dataproces opjusterer guidance for omsætning, EBITDA og ARR i regnskabsåret 2023/24.
Guidance på omsætning opjusteres til DKK 25-28 mio. (tidligere DKK 23-26 mio.) og på EBITDA til DKK 0 – +4 mio. (tidligere DKK -1 til +3 mio). Guidance for væksten i Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) opjusteres ligeledes til 35-45% vækst i forhold til 2022/23 (tidligere 25-35%).
CEO Michael Binderup udtaler: Vi har stadig fokus på vækst på SaaS og meget glade for, at salget af nye aftaler er gået endnu bedre end vi forventede ved indgangen til regnskabsåret, hvorfor vi er glade for at kunne opjustere guidance for vores vækst i ARR. Samtidig ser vi ind i stigning i omsætning og deraf afledt stigning i EBITDA, for en stor dels vedkommende begrundet i væksten i ARR, men salget af dataanalyser er også gået bedre end vi forventede ved indgangen til regnskabsåret.

Company Announcement
Company announcement no. 3/2024 (the announcement contains inside information): Adjustment of guidance for the financial year 2023/24.
Dataproces upgrades guidance for revenue, EBITDA and ARR in the financial year 2023/24.
Guidance on revenue is revised upwards to DKK 25-28 million (previously DKK 23-26 million) and on EBITDA to DKK 0 – +4 million (previously DKK -1 – +3 million). Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth guidance is also revised upwards to 35-45% growth compared to 2022/23 (previously 25-35%).
CEO Michael Binderup states: We are still focused on growth on SaaS and very pleased that sales of new agreements have gone even better than we expected at the beginning of the financial year, which is why we are pleased to be able to upgrade guidance for our growth in ARR. At the same time, we are looking into an increase in revenue and consequent increase in EBITDA,largely due to the growth in ARR, but sales of data analytics have also gone better than we expected at the beginning of the financial year.
