Måsøval AS (“Måsøval”) has successfully had its bid accepted by Mowi ASA to acquire their former harvesting facility at Ulvan in Hitra Municipality, with the intention of continuing the harvesting operations and increase the harvesting capacity within the Måsøval group. Final agreement and completion are subject to customary terms and conditions, but the parties aim to complete the transfer by early April 2024.

Måsøval AS (“Måsøval”) har fått akseptert sitt bud til Mowi ASA om å overta deres tidligere slakteri på Ulvan i Hitra Kommune, med intensjon å drive videre for å tilføre økt slakterikapasitet i konsernet. Endelig avtale og gjennomføring er gjenstand for alminnelige forbehold og vilkår, men partene sikter på å gjennomføre overdragelsen tidlig april 2024.
